Sandrine Humphreys is a Nutrition Coach and has launched Lush Nutrition to help busy women in midlife make better food choices based on what they eat, drink, their lifestyle and personal journey. Sandrine’s services are highly personal and practical and she helps her clients change their habits for better health, weight loss and to manage their perimenopausal or menopausal symptoms.

Fran is a Health & Life Coach who supports clients to make positive changes in their lives that will contribute to their well-being. Coaching for a lifestyle improvement that directly affects health, Fran uses the habit changing method to enable long-lasting transformation of eating habits, movement, connection to the environment, rest & relaxation.

Anna Dabare is a natural health advocate, herbalist and aromatherapist.She also specialises in the Teachings of Hildegard von Bingen.Her passion for medicinal plants and herbs led her to set up Artemis Healing Herbs ans she runs workshops and provides individual advise on how to incorporate plants and herbs into your daily life and make health and beauty products.Anna strongly believes that Mother Nature is your best apothecary, and that plants and herbs can support your health and well-being.
